Picasa Help

So I took some photos that I, you know, want gone, and it says they are under Picasa and everytime I delete it, the picture comes back. Anyway to disable this and prevent this from happening?

I may be a little daft, but I got to system settings and couldn't find what to do. Hope you don't mind me asking for a little more help.

Try this:
Settings-application manager- all- picasa - force close - clear data/cache- and then click TURN OFF.
Do this for any apps that take up space that you won't be using. See pic what it should look like when done.
