Picasa issues

I've run into issues with my Maxx on ICS. On my Nexus, my Picasa folders would appear in my Gallery along with all local pictures. Now, this does work in the "online section" of my gallery, but I cannot choose online for my wallpapers.

I've tried a ton of apps including Quick Pic and even installing a stock gallery app, and I cannot get my Picasa pics for wallpapers.

Any help?

I don't think it's possible on the Maxx. The photo has to be physically stored on the phone to be used as a wallpaper. I don't see an option using My Gallery to download pics from Picasa either, so you're probably stuck. You might be able to download the pic by going to picasaweb.com using your browser, but that's clunkier. Long-pressing the pic in picasaweb.com does give you the option to set as wallpaper, but I'm not sure if it'll be a full resolution image.
