Picasa on Incredible??

Does anyone know if The Incredible will allow users to easily access their Picasa web albums like the N1? I thought I saw something about The Incredible & Flickr being somehow connected. Thank you!!

it may have flickr but how will it do with picasa. im one of those people that only uses google products. would be nice if it had upload and gallery support like the n1 and droid.

You can select a picture from the gallery (HTC calls it photos in Sense 2.1) and share it with picasa, but no gallery sync like you can do with flikr.

I'll bet there's a third party app that does it....or will be soon.

Yea, you can. It's the one thing I was missing.

Try this app:

You'll need to check off 'unknown sources' in your settings to run the installation:
Menu > Settings > Applications > Unknown Sources

Thanks! It's works perfectly, just make sure you go out of the program to allow the program access through the notification panel, it didn't come in front for me...

Now my friend since you seem so knowledgeable is there any way for me to install the standard Android 2.1 keyboard (like the Droid has) and use it as an alternative to the one that comes with Sense?

Once you have the file on your sd card, get a file manager like Astro from the market. Navigate to the file and install.

BTW, I just turned the Samsung Charge back into VZW, what a piece of junk (POS). Wireless and GPS antennas were abysmal, and the stock Samsung ROM is horrendous and buggy. I'll wait a year or two for 4G

Yes. But the two apps can coexist just fine.

I use the JustPictures! applet and am very happy with it. Excellent UI. Updated reguarly. Free, too.
