Picasa upload issues -waiting to upload

I can't seem to upload photos to Picasa from my S3. It keeps saying "waiting to upload". I have no problems uploading photos to dropbox and my instant upload to G+ is working fine.

The problem occurs when I try to upload photos to an album in my secondary Google account (the one not associated with instant upload) or any non-instant upload album in my primary Google account album.

I don't want to install a different picasa uploader from play store if possible.

Any help will be appreciated!

I had this problem too! First on sprint, and then on Verizon. But I have figured out how to do it. You have to go to Picasa on your phone, (I go through an app called Picasa tool) and when you select the photo, you just click on the menu, hit "share it" and add to your drop box, and then go back to instagram and select your photo. It should work. Took me forever to figure it out though! Good luck!
