Picasa Web Albums integration?

I could have sworn I saw Picasa being integrated with Gallery, like Flickr and Facebook. Yet it's not coming up there, nor do I see it under accounts for my Google account.

Anyone have any insight on how to get this working?

I see it as an upload option but nowhere else.

Some of the custom roms have it. Damage control for one.
