Picture quality

Hi after the last update recently has anyone noticed the camera is harder to use when taking a pic...ie....longer to focus...blurry and no its not me....Im keeping ph very still and pic still blurry....Also my charging cable that came with phone is fritzing out...Ive always looked after it....and all of a sudden it cuts in and out when Im charging the phone. cheers
