My camera pic file keeps disappearing and have to do a reset and also my alert and ring tones change on their own. Any ideas?

This has happened to a bunch of people. I don't know that there's an actual explanation of why it happens, nor a verified solution. I would suggest a warranty exchange if a factory reset doesn't fix it.
