Some amazing netsuke at the Asian Art. These are all just a little bigger than my thumb.

Wow! That's incredible art. The SF Asian Art Museum looks like a cool place to visit.

Speaking of Godzilla, the crabs here are big enough to be kaiju!🦖

Hokkaido is all about seafood.

I'm not one to normally spend a gig with my phone out. As a raver , I'm fortunate to have spent my youth before camera phones.

I now get to relive my youth taking my musical teenager to see bands.
But , fantastic gig in Glasgow last night. Stereophonics ( who I first saw about 30 years ago ) . Very tight. Fantastic sound and production.

Any Welsh man who can entertain 35000 dunk Scots in a field is a pro.

Did you happen to catch Peter Capaldi with Franz Ferdinand?

Edit: probably a different show. I feel silly.

Aye, that would have been at Glastonbury. My sleeping in a tent festival days are definitely over .
Although I have a family member who runs a festival called Boomtown ( boomtownfair.co.uk ) , so we go to that one occasionally as we get looked after.

My next gig is Faithless at Floors Castle , Kelso , Scotland with some old raver mates. An amazing venue, but it will be strange seeing Faithless without their front man Maxi.

Just booked for Jamiroquai in December with my son too.

The night view on Mt. Hakodate is called the "Million Dollar View", and has actually been given 3 stars by Michelin!

Many Japanese cities have colorful customized manholes -- I especially like Hakodate's.

That's a gorgeous sunset. I love the manhole cover with the squid art. That's cute.
