Pie chart and menu icons stuck on bottom of screen

With the first Jelly Bean update that was done to my Samsung Galaxy S5 (without prompt or permission, annoyingly), I got a pair of icons stuck on the bottom of the screen. This was a while back, and I've searched many times for anything even remotely relevant, but never found anything.

I took a picture of what I'm talking about, after moving all icons off the bottom row to make it more clear. That pie chart, vertical separator, and X'd menu icon are there on every home screen, and have no interactivity at all. They aren't there in any apps.

Any clues how to get rid of them, short of a factory reset?

Thanks for kickstarting my brain. It was on the wallpaper. I can't imagine how it got on there (something weird with the update procedure, trying to preserve the custom wallpaper?), but it's an easy enough fix.
