Like the rest of the unlocked Note 9 world, I've been impatiently waiting for Pie. Samsung of no help at all. So I chatted with AT&T, my provider, and they've promised to give me the update within 24 hours. So, fellow users, I suggest contacting your mobile providers and see if that will help break the logjam.
We buy our phones straight away from Samsung, which gets all the margin as a result, and then rewards us by putting us last in the queue. Not good form. We have long memories.
