Has anybody noticed their volume up button sometimes becoming overly soft at times? It fixes itself after a little while I've noticed. Not sure if want to do a RMA.

Do you mean there's no hard click?

Yeah, it doesn't even feel like it's a button. If I don't use the button for a while it returns to it's normal state.

If it bothers you and they'll allow an exchange I say go for it. Can't hurt .

I would ask about that when you go to get an RMA. I wouldn't see why you'd have to. You've already pre-ordered it, and you're not cancelling the order, just replacing a device with a defect. But I would definitely bring it up when you talk with customer support just to be safe.
