Hello

My company just purchased a bunch of Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10 ultra-Tablets. We have 6 proprietary apps that are 32 bit and not 64 bit . I spoke to a Samsung Tech support agent and was told that the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10 ultra tablets are not compatible with 32 bit Apps. Is there any work arounds for this issue

I don't think there's any way around that. Are these apps developed by your company, or are they apps that your company uses but were developed by someone else?

they are in house apps that were developed in house and designed to run on a very specific piece of equipment, and I NEED to find a way to use this with the new tablets, recommended my boss buy. Unfortunately, the diagnostic on the hardware is ancient but is not something we can afford to scrap and there is no upgrade to it

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, we are a small company and cannot really afford to spend the money to replace the servers that are forced to use the 32 bit architecture. What we are going to be forced to do is return the Tab 10 S tablets and get the Tab 9 S ones instead. that particular model is still compatible with the 32 bit versions.

Hmm, too bad about the hassle. Looking forward, though, it's probably worth looking into upgrading to 64 bit, because at some point, that 32 bit software will work on fewer and fewer devices ...
