Is it possible to connect to my car with bluetooth so that while I listen to the radio I can still receive hands free calls BUT have to so the google assist voice goes through the phone? When I am listening to the radio the google assist will not make a sound since it doesn't interrupt the radio like a phone call does.

Your car has to have Android Play capability which it doesn’t sound like it does.
