Currently I am on Verizon with a Note 8 on one line, and a Pixel 2XL on the other line. I need to expand to more phone numbers for my business. I just signed up for an AT&T business account and tried to connect the eSIM on the Pixel 2XL to AT&T, but couldn't get it working. After further research, it seems that the Pixel 2XL's eSIM can only connect to project FI. I'm not interested in project FI since I need to take advantage of Verizon's rural coverage.
I need to find a phone that will allow dual SIM's that will either work on Verizon with both lines, or Verizon as my Primary line and AT&T on the second SIM or eSIM. The Oneplus 6T will do it with two SIM's, but it is VoLTE only on Verizon and since I travel regularly in rural area's, I need the 4G/3G/2G CDMA support on Verizon.
The Blackberry Key2 LE is supported by Verizon and now sold by Verizon Business from what I have read, so I might be able to get a dual SIM Blackberry, but still prefer the Pixel.
Samsung makes dual SIM Note 8 and 9's, but I don't know if I could get them to work on Verizon's network.
The iPhones will do what I need, but I'm trying to do everything I can not to have to get an iPhone.

I am wondering if it would be possible to get a Pixel 3XL to work. Neither Verizon or AT&T have any idea, they just keep saying iPhone's will work.
Has anyone succeeded in getting the Pixel 3/3XL to work with two lines on one carrier, or two different carriers?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
