Pixel 4 Can't get past PIN screen after reboot

[Android Central Question]

I was messing with app permissions because for some reason I have been unable to connect to cell service and after a reboot I can no longer get past the PIN login. Needless to say this is major problem for me as I can no longer access my 2FA app for logins. I know that it is recognizing my PIN as correct as putting in the PIN displays the "Wrong PIN" message. However, after entering the correct PIN the screen looks like it's about to log in but just throws up the PIN login screen. Please help. I am in dire straits

You can't get past the Lock screen with pin ?
Your going have to factory reset in recovery
