Haven't seen anything different in at a glance in the app or settings for it. Thought it was major update for that

Under biometrics face unlock it shows subnote 6, which if you scroll down it says note 6 pertains to pixel 4 and 4XL.

Maybe the at a glance update is coming later with an update to pixel launcher. Thought it was supposed to be update showing rewards cards if I walk in a store, Bluetooth battery life, etc. on the home screen. Haven't seen options for those yet on Dec update.

Based on the fact that almost no one in the US received it, and massive issues in Europe I would second the suggestion that Google pulled it to fix the connectivity issues experienced in Europe.
