Anyone think the Pixel 6a will be worth getting over say the 5a 5G? I hope it doesn't share the bezels on the regular Pixel 6.

5a's will soon be getting even more scarce. Be aware that the 6a's will be using the same cameras as the 5a's but with enhanced software. My son is on a 4a and wants to upgrade because of a cracked screen. He is going to wait for the 6a.

Pixel 6a in " chalk" color looks good. 6.1" comes in a little smaller than the rumored 6.2". Price is $599 here in Canada.
I think I'll pass on this phone. I'm more interested in the pixel buds pro. They are going to have noise cancellation that will be upgraded to add spacial audio. The battery life is supposed to be 7hrs with noise cancellation on.

It would be nice to re-enable the Unlimited Google Photos backup (Storage Saver) for Pixel devices only...

I didn't realize the 6a was so small... are there 2 sizes?

Why did I think the Pixel 6a was bigger? That is quite small -- and that's coming from ME, a lover of small phones!

My bad. I'm old. Another typo. Why is the number 5 so close to the number 6 on my keyboard?

Damn 6.1 is too small for my liking. I thought at least same size as 5a 5g or 4a 5g. And still at 60HZ refresh. At $449 I'd rather get a pixel 6. Bigger screen and 90Hz refresh.

The 6a will be $749 AUD which I think is a little high for a budget phone. I think $649 would have been a great price for it (and funnily enough is a direct conversion from $449 USD).

Good to see they're releasing it in more countries though.

I played with one at a store and for me it’s seems great! Phone is quick and the screen is clear and bright. It’s a pure android device no bloatware at all and navigating through the device is super quick.

I don’t see too much difference in the 60hz on the 6a at all. We are so use to the 60hz it’s hard to tell in my opinion.

Oh, man, this makes me want to try it at the store! I really want to wait for the 7, but that doesn't mean I can't check out the 6a while I do!

6a is a great size for me, coming from a Galaxy S22. It's actually a bit bigger than the S22, so I will have to get used to it I guess when it comes in.

My wife's Pixel 6a arrived yesterday. I must say (or write) that I really like the size over my Pixel 6 Pro. I definitely would go for a Pixel 7 Pro the same size as the P6a. Idea: Pro series in several sizes.
