Welcome to Android Central forum. I've been watching your post and saw that no one has responded yet. I watched your videos and it seems to be one sensor at whatever magnification it switches over. At a distance I would imagine the affect is kind of mild but closer subjects more noticeable. Anyway I went looking around to see what I could find and one of the first posts I found talked about something in the Developer Options menu. I scanned that post a little but it sounded like they had turned something on that caused their issue and then turned it off to cure it. You might look through the Developer Options menu to see what there is to see but I don't believe that is really going to help you. It would be weird to affect one sensor like that. The OP said they thought their issue was hardware but turned out to be this setting. If you don't have developer options open you usually open it by tapping your build number 7 times in About Phone. I would post the thread but I'm not able to find it at the moment.

I did find several post about Pixels and tilted cameras but they all seem to be front cameras. I didn't read any of them but a quick search for Pixel tilted camera will turn up plenty of them.

Playing with the zoom on my camera and I noticed it as well. Not sure if I would have picked up on it without someone pointing it out. Hopefully an update can fix
