Their code names are "Sailfish", and "Marlin". Those are the two fastest fish in the ocean.

Nice, but also gotta love the irony in your username. iOS in the name with a Windows logo as picture on an Android forum. Nothing wrong with it, just funny.

An "Ambassador" to all perhaps? ;)

I used to love iPhones before they removed the headphone jack; one of the biggest reasons I came back to the Note 7 after using an iPhone 6 for 2 years. I was an Ambassador at iMore for 3 years until recently. I also built a computer over the Summer, hence the profile image.

The naming of these phones can't just be a coincidence though... Google definitely had a purpose.

Huh, I'm not sure anyone else had picked up on that or if it was just plainly obvious to the fishermen and outdoorsmen out there. Cute Google, very cute. Wasn't the N6 called Shamu? Seems all the more fitting now... :p What were the 5X/6P code names again?

Ok the last Nexus' code names made less sense, the 6P was Angler which is a little fish and the 5X was Bullhead which is a type of catfish? There's some interweb catfish joke in there I'm sure...
