Pixel Drop for September?

I read a couple articles that were released yesterday and the day before about a pixel drop coming this month. Did we get that yet?

Android 13 QPR1 beta was released last week if that's the one the article referenced.

I'm not sure. I thought the article I read specifically said September pixel drop and it listed a bunch and you stuff coming, like being able to customize and do fun things with emoticons in your text etc. Here's the link:

The linked Google article indicates that these things are "coming soon." Another of those annoying, slow-rollouts google does.
