With multiple people on this thread having the same issue, you certainly should have no problem getting a warranty replacement.

I've used my Pixel Stand (Gen 2) every day for almost 3 months, and I've never seen that message even once. My stand sits beside my computer and my P6Pro conveniently sits on it during the day when I'm working so I pay little attention to it other than to notice that whenever I pick up my phone it says "Charged" on the bottom area.

I've never gotten that message. I do notice sometimes at night that the light on the stand is blinking orange and has lost charging connection with the phone though. Taking the phone off and putting it back on fixes that. I think that the phone stops taking a charge when it's full and the stand gets tricked into thinking that the connection is broken or something like that. It's most likely a software problem as far as I can tell because the charger physically works perfect.
