Found this on Amazon, says it has safeguards for overcharge, overheat, etc. Safe to use for Pixel XL?

Maybe... But I have read some articles about how unsafe are third party USB C PD chargers and cables with test results, so I am kinda afraid to use not certified ones. But certified are expensive, so went to genuine ones by Google.
