Planning on buying a Xoom tomorrow

I ordered my Xoom off Amazon a couple of days ago. I probably shouldve waited for the Galaxy 10.1 but everyone keeps saying Samsung is epic slow with their updates...If I don't like the Xoom hopefully I can return it back to Amazon for a full refund and get the Tab. I dunno yet. Also I spent a lot of money on accessories for the Xoom. But from what I've researched and the little time I had to play with the Xoom, I dont think I'll be disappointed.

To be fair, Samsung is actually pretty good with updates. It was the carriers in the US that delayed the software. Europe and Asia got their updates months ago and the Galaxy S and original Tab are still being supported.

Engadget have reviewed the 10.1 Limited edition from Google I/O and are saying it's as good as the iPad and the best Honeycomb tablet yet:

Will definitely be trading in my Xoom for one of these.

You will be happy with your Xoom. I gave mine to my mom for a day, and it's like I am without my hands now. I can still see the homescreen in my eyes. Gotta get it back.

The only thing that irks me is the LCD display =( I hope I really won't be too bothered by that.

Edit: I just looked at that review and the galaxy 10.1 is an eyegasm. Maybe I shoulve waited until June 8th..GAH!

The inwards are all the same. It comes down to the build quality and that is where the xoom shines compared to the other plastic honeycomb tablets.
as for me I have replaced my home computer with the tablet as it was used for browsing, downloading movies and simple document editing.

Forgot to mention the screen. Sure the galaxy tab screen is nicer but like another member said, if alone the xoom screen is very nice. Its only when tablets are compared side by side that you see a difference. My screen brightness is always at 40%. Only time I bump it up to 100% is when I am forced to use it outside on a sunny day.

Whatever you choose, you will not be disappointed

Cheers

I just bought a xoom from craigslist brand new for $400. The guy has 2 more, do you guys think I would have a problem making a profit here if I used Ebay or something.

I've tested out the iconia and the transformer but in the end kept my xoom. Something about it.
Ive heard that the camera on the galaxy isn't as good, which is a deal breaker for me. I will probably get one and test it out just like the rest haha.
