Plasti-dipped the aluminum bumper case

Wanted a little more grip because it was too slippery with it on. Feels a lot better now but I just can't get that clasp to lock. The bumper was originally silver

Yes, couldn't you cut the plasti-dip from the inside of the bumper to regain the original fit?

the clasp does work, it's just that you would have to squeeze the case together so tight that it would make marks on the leather. The plasti-dip also came off too easy while taking it in and out of pocket. I just removed the plastip-dip and wait for a pure silicone bumper to come out, if it ever does.

Yes, couldn't you cut the plasti-dip from the inside of the bumper to regain the original fit?

I did not spray the inside. It was really hard to get the clasp to close originally.
