Play store app stuck

Hey, I haven't been able to close my play store app. I've tried clearing cache, turning off and restarting etc and it won't go away. I can back out of it but it won't close completely and it's not like I can delete the play store app then go back into the play store and re-download it?!?

I had this issue and the only solution was factory reset.

Just discovered I had "pinned" the app.. didn't know you could do that. App unpinned and all closed up. ....slaps face

How do you pin an app?
