Can anyone please tell me, What is latest version of Google Play Store ?

You can always check in Play store what's your version and if an update is available. In the store go to settings and scroll down until you find "build version". Tap on it.

Yep--but just like with system updates, I think Play Store updates also go out in a rolling fashion. So just because someone else has it doesn't mean you'll definitely have it available yet.

Yups !! I agree with you guys, But Mine is 5.2.13 so it's latest.. right ?

That's what I have, and there haven't been any recent announcements about updates to the Play Store.
