play store not working at all?

For about a month now my phone (GN stock) has been telling me there are updated needed. when I try to update I just keep getting download error-101. can't update, can't download new apps, music, movies or books. I can see all my apps but just nothing works. put in a ticket with google play store but surprise!? no response. I have tried all the "clear cache" stuff and nothing works. I did try amazon appstore and all is fine there.

Try installing the update manually.

hi, I've just had this problem and gave my router a reboot. everything seems fine now.
