play store store not working getting error 403 n 9272 .getting error that " file name not able to download this file error n(403)" some time error n(927)

i am able to browse in my mobile n even able download file from browser also..but not able connect net to my pc through my mobile its showing in pc " no network access "

A fix that worked on my home wireless network was to review filters that were set on my Linksys/Cisco Router. I unchecked "Proxy" filter and re-tried Google Play and now everything (updates, apps, music, etc) works on all devices. No longer receiving 403 errors.

Disabling the "Filter proxy" did not solve anything in my case.
It was the "filter cookies" option on my router that solved the problem...
