I contacted agents on samsung members but none of there solutions helped me... I tried to clear cache and date of play store and force stopping it... i tried reset settings in general settings... tried restarting my phone... i have enough storage and i tried several wifi networks none of them helped... first the large app will download normally then after it downloads a bit and then freezes and stops and restarts the downloads...

This happens on both wi-fi and mobile data? It looks like you have the Play Store set to download on wi-fi only -- does this happen on all wi-fi networks, or just specific ones?

i selected to download at any network first of all... second the download shouldn't just freeze at 30% and then put this like the screenshot above and when i press download now it restarts by itself... please i need assistance

Try also clearing the cache/data from the Download Manager system app. To find it, go to Settings>Apps, then tap Menu>Show System.

Do you mean you cleared the Download Manager's app cache/data for the 6th time, or are you saying you've told us for the 6th time? Because you never mentioned anything about Download Manager before.

Did you already try Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39505

Oh i thought you mean clear cach of play store... im sorry i'll try it and send u the feedback thank u guys so much

are you carrying the phone while it is downloading? is it plugged into the charging cable? It is a longshot, but try plugging the phone to charge and leave it in one spot while downloading. also, try downloading from the amazon store.
