Play store won't open.

Right when I open the play store it crashes right away. I'm new to Samsung so I don't understand what's going wrong. Please help.

Also, I just noticed that saving photos will crash the Internet. So, something is causing more than just the play store to crash but I can't figure out what it is. Thanks.

First thing to do: go to settings, general, application manager, find your apps, clear cache and data, restart apps, this may help.
