I can't get Play Store on my S3. I can get Play Store on my PC and my android tablet. I cleared the cache on my phone but no joy. Any help would be appreciated. Ray

Should have mentioned, until just a little while ago I had access to the Play Store. Now when I click on Play Store it says no connectivity. Wi-Fi is working, other apps that require Wi-Fi are working as usual. I have access to Play Store on my laptop and tablet Just Play Store not connecting. Ray

Anything google is not working now. I still have internet access and to my forums.

After what you just said, I tried to go to the play store from phone. It's a no go. Circle just keeps rotating.

If your conducted to Wi-Fi, is the signal blue?

If it is not, you are NOT connected to Google Services i.e. Play Store, Google Music, Gmail, etc,..

On Settings-Wifi the icon on the left is blue. Is that the one you're referring to? All google processes except Gmail are not working. Ray

My date and time were off by almost a month! Once I reset everything was back to normal. Ray
