Playback out of sync..Faulty?

Afternoon guys,

I've noticed when watching any movies or documentaries that the audio/video is out of sync by a second and I feel I'm often watched a Chinese dubbed movie. I've gone into developer settings and changed to the other movie source, that still doesn't change anything.

Last thing is the back key is no where near as sensitive as the multi task button. The multi task button picks up the smallest touch while the back button has a much smaller area and find that I have to press a little harder or use my thumb.
