Hi,

Couple of things -

1) you don't appear to have much of a signal - this could be the issue - does it still happen when you have a strong signal to stream
2) if you are monthly subscriber, has the monthly payment been made? they will suspend your services if it's not been paid.
3) are you perhaps in download mode only?

this happens when you don't have a signal, whether it be wifi or cellular, as it appears with your screenshot that you have 1 bar, which is close to nothing.
