Playstore not working

My daughter upgraded her GS II to Jellybean & now the playstore force closes. Is there a fix for this?

Try opening Settings>Application Manager> Click Play and clear cache and Data. Wait a few minutes and reopen.

Hello supamom19,
Go to Menu > Settings > Application manager > All> Google Play Store, and then Clear cache & data.
Now restart handset. Open Play store.
OR,
Do this go to application manager> scroll to the right to all apps> very bottom and see if download is at the bottom if it is enable it and see if that helps.
