Please Help can't tether on T-Mobile GS3 USING 4.2.1

OK hi everyone I'm new to the rooting and have a few issues we'll at least I think so, I'm running liquidsmooth 4.2.1 and can't get any hotstop app to work I've tried all the top recommended apps and not 1 work can anyone help with this?

So you're on liquid stable with 4.2.1? Go into settings mobile networks and tethering hotspot and vala.....I have same phone currently on carbon but use liquid and have a zip off it if you need help pm me and I'll help troubleshoot it...
