Please help! How do I get rid of these horribly annoying ads on my S9?!?!

For the past 4 days I constantly get these pop up ads on my phone. I have looked at lots of posts about similar ads. It seems that is often because of an app. I deleted all apps that were downloaded recently. I downloaded malware bytes and it finds nothing. When it pops up I click the lower left to see what apps were bei g used and bothing comes up. I tried smart mode and tje add did not come up. I can post screen shots if that helps.
