Please help me. ;( My phone is Cherry Mobile.

After I turn it on and the logo and brand my phone appears on screen, it all goes black. Usually, after the logo and the model pops up on the screen it will show the screenlock. But mine shows nothing I don't think its because of the screen nor the battery since I recently buy a new one. Maybe of its program or whatsoever? Please help me.

It could be a software or hardware problem. That’s about all I can think of to say.

Welcome to the forums! What phone do you have? If you just bought it, I suggest bringing it back to the store and returning it. Do you have a warranty or return policy associated with the purchase?
