Please help me

I think i may have bricked my phone. I rooted it using gingerbread and i installed Xionia CWMA recovery kernel. I didn't know where to go from there so i attempted to install CM7. After i formatted the boot, data, system, and cache i accidentally selected reboot. I waited 30 min for my phone to reboot but it was stuck on the LG power on screen. I took the battery out, waited then put it back in and rebooted into recovery mode. I tried to reboot again and the same thing happened so i selected wipe data/factory reset. That didn't work. I have no idea how to fix it and i have no idea have to use command lines. Please help me.

Can you still get into recovery?

Did you make a nandroid before trying to flash the rom?

If you can still get onto recovery your OK, just need to flash (install) the rom.
To do this in recovery scroll down to: install zip from sdcard
Then scroll down to : choose zip from sdcard
Then scroll down to select the rom
Scroll down to select yes

First reboot will take a little longer. About 8 minutes.

To get into recovery mode: Hold 'Power+Volume Up+Home' from Power Off

This will get you into recovery mode. Then just follow the instructions posted by blackops/basketthis

EDIT: Oops, I didn't see that you already have been getting into your recovery after the incident, my bad! I read wrong and thought you had trouble going back to the recovery to flash your stuff.
