Please Help! Phone is all messed up.

Hello everyone,
My mother's phone randomly factory reset itself in the middle of the night and now some things aren't right. Please see the attached photos and how everything seems to be blown up. The phone is not in easy mode so I am not sure what the hell happened. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

Look at the two don't screenshots. The bottom one is mine and the second to bottom is mother's. Both are selected to the same font size and yet mother's is huge compared to mine. What the heck...

Found it, thank you very much! For whatever reason, her phone decided to do "screen zoom". I have no idea why all this happened and I am mildly upset that it did. Hopefully everything was recovered. Thank you again!
