So go into google scroll all the way to the bottom to where the search bar is and try and click inside there to type something, it wont register and clicks all the links around it, evo or google issue?

I was able to do it.

Search something than in the results page go to the bottom search bar and try to type another search there it only happens in the search result page at bottom

I had no problem here either in the Stock Browser, or Dolphin Browser HD.
