People of AndroidCentral: Please Help! I've had the same problem twice today!
At a coffee shop today, my SGN10.1 could not pick up the coffee shop's wifi network...let's call it COFFEE-SHOP. My SGN10.1 was picking up numerous other nearby wifi networks, but could not find COFFEE-SHOP even though I was only about 10 feet from the router. I was able to connect to another nearby network.
We also had a Galaxy S3, an iPhone5 and an iPad with us...they all recognized and connected to COFFEESHOP with no problem.
A few hours later in the afternoon, I had the exact problem again at a totally different coffee shop. Again, the SGN10.1 would see other nearby networks, but did not pick up the closest/strongest network...COFFEE-SHOP2. Again, I was only a few feet away from the router. Again, the GS3, the iPhone5 and the iPad picked up and connected to COFFEE-SHOP2 with no problem. Again, I was able to connect to alternative networks with the SGN10.1, but I was just lucky they were available.
I turned wifi on/off multiple times.
I did a restart multiple times.
I did a full shutdown multiple times.
I downloaded a wifi manager app...no luck.
Toggled 'Network Notification'
Toggled 'Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep'
Bluetooth stays off.
I have had this device less than 3 weeks. It has worked perfectly until today.

Please help me figure out why my device couldn't see the closest/strongest network!! Not sure what else to try!
