You need to flash xionia or COT recovery and use the fix boot loop option.

Tapatalk'n it from my Cold As Ice VM670 running LS670ZVJ firmware

thank you for your reply,I am new with this stuff,my friend kinda rooted my cell then messed it up for me to fix.
Im not sure what you mean..

A custom recovery is software for your phone that allows you to make changes to it without fully booting up the operating system (or rom). xionia and cannibal open touch are two custom recoveries that have a "fix bootloop" option, which will help you solve your issue, and let you install a new rom.

Since you are new to this I highly recommend reading all the way through LeslieAnn's reference guide in the stickies. It is very well written, and will answer questions you didn't even know you had. She has also included three links to methods to fix your exact problem.

Recovery bootloop. Privacy menu factory reset is a common noob mistake. It's not really bricked but requires a bit more fiddling around to fix

Tapatalk'n it from my Cold As Ice VM670 running LS670ZVJ firmware

If your rom is working
Download and install ?flash image gui? here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?bj10jcokraw7dh8

then download xonia recovery :
http://db.tt/ZKiUHnCU

Open flash image gui
Click recovery
Click browse
Go to your sd/ download folder
Find the xonia recovery img you just downloded
Install it
When youre done shut your phone off and boot into recovery by holding home, volume down, and power

You should be in xonia recovery
Find the bootloop fix option (i think its under advanced)
That should fix your bootloop

I would recommend wiping your phone and and doing a factory reset (IN RECOVERY ONLY)

And youll probably wanna go ahead and read this and flash a new rom
