Please help tried everything 4G still scanning.

Okay I've read about 10 different treads about trying to fix broken 4G, Nothing works for me..

So I'm currently on Baked Snack 1.8 coming from Fresh, 4G was just recently introduced into my area 4 days ago (So I don't know when it stopped working and I cant NAND back to when it worked because I dont know). I've tried deleting the 000000000000.tree.xml file, I've tried seeing if I deleted my RSA keys and that wasnt it.. I've tried switching roms, Nothing. Tried Updating radio and wimax with multiple files that were supposed to fix it, nothing. I updated my PRL and Profile dozens of times. My mac address reads the same on the back of my phone. Man I just don't know what to do. Any help would be absolutely wonderful..

Okay I've been messing with this for a few more hours now. I guess when I thought I updated my Radio and Wimax they didnt work. So I downloaded some of the new copies of radio and wimax I got the radio file to flash and when I try the Wimax it looks like it works but when I check my wimax version in shell I still have 25043 not 26023. It says for the I must be NAND UNLOCKED(s-off) maybe im not nand unlocked but thought I was or maybe not s-off can anyone explain or help me through this?

Lol I was s-on so now I got her s-off lets see if this helps after everything is updated.. Having a conversation with myself is pretty fun too.
