Please help!!

no its exactly "PG86IMG.ZIP" I placed it where all my roms are on my sd card. so under download. that didnt work so i moved it to where all the files are at

It should be at the root of your SD Card. It can't be in a folder.

once it is on the sd card you should boot into the bootloader and see it scan for files. If it sees the file it will ask you to apply update.

i know i've done this before when i put a custom splash screen but this time its not working. also I think i remembered using PC86IMG.zip i will give this a shot but its hard when i cant get into my sd card. i swapped my card to and lg android but i cant get it to read on the computer.

Can you put the card in the pc? It should have come with an adapter to fit in a full sd card slot.

Just wanted to update everyone that helped. So I finally figured it out and it was a pretty easy thing to do. After someone's helpful post I downloaded twrp 2.0 onto to my SD card and just powered it to bootloader and it did its job. Sounds easy but I was having trouble keeping the file there as it would disappear when I removed the SD card from my old BB I was using (had the og EVO but unable to charge) back into my evo3. LOL it was all because I didn't unmount the SD while I transferred the zip file I needed. I just wanted to thank you guys again as I was close to head out to bestbuy and get a new EVO. My phones now back running on joels ics and loving it! AC never fails!
