Please Help

So I just got finished doing the whole prl thing and it ended up making my signal worse. I ended up being able to go back to VM's original prl, but my service was just as crappy. I went to CWM and restored to original Nandroid, cleared the cache, and reset to factory default. Still same crappy connection problem. Its in the -110 dBm range. Also whenever i click on an app or anything it doesnt make a sound, but when recieving a call or text audio will come out. Can someone please show me how to get my phone 100% back to factory default so i can reinstall CM7 from the begginging?

okay so the audio problem was just in the settings but i would still like to know how to reset it the factory default
