Pls help me i cant switch to front camera from rear

[Android Central Question]

I am unable to press front facing camera button. It says that its no more valid. My phone is Ulefone MIX. "Manual selection icons is no more valid".

So, although you have switched off Rotate To Front Camera, the manual control for that is not working?
If so, try clearing the cache for the Camera app.

The message on the screen suggests that you turned on some Auto-Switching feature that automatically switches between rear and front cameras by "180 degree rotation" (although I'm not sure if they mean rotating from one landscape orientation to the other, or if they mean twisting your wrist, like Moto's twist gesture). Check the Camera app settings or the system settings for some gesture option that you can turn off.

I checked camera settings I cleared data, factory reset, downloaded different camera
app and nothing.

For a hardware failure, the only fix is to replace the hardware. If the phone is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer. Otherwise, bring it to a repair shop.

Note also that it is difficult to diagnose faults via a forum, so do not assume that I have necessarily diagnosed correctly.

Amm oke my camera just fixed and i dont know how. I just restared the phone and downloaded screen rotation app. And then i checked my camera and its all good right now wtf ?.

My camera automaticly swiches to front when i turn my phone upside down. The phone Ulefone MIX front camera is on the bottom of the phone not on the top. And when i turn the phone 180 degree (upside down) the view looks normaly like a regular
camera.
