plug in home charger buzzing when plugged into note 2

Hi, I have a note 2 that when plugged in on charge to a mains socket it buzzes pretty loud. Is this normal? Any help would be great.

It is normal to a certain extent. It depends on your power outlet and your power supply; if it's varying too much, the AC/DC transformer inside your charger will buzz more than usual. A video or audio clip might help see if it your case is within normal. Have you tried a different charger on the same outlet? It would be best if you could get the same kind of charger, of course...
