plz hlp. kyocera hydro stuck in boot loop

It just shows metro logo then android in rain logo then just black won't turn off unless I take battery out. Plz help! Thanks

alright, the first thing you do is to boot into custom recovery (for most android phones its restart while holding the power + vol. up key) for some phones its while holding power + vol. down key + vol. up key (just Google how to boot into your phone's respective recovery) and look for an option called "Cache Wipe" Do a cache and Delvik cache wipe and then Do a factory reset. hopefully it will restore your phone, if it doesn't then you have to flash in a new firmware onto your phone. For that, you need to locate a ROM compatible with your phone and since I haven't have much experience with your device (first time hearing about it) you are on your own on that one
