I like double tap to wake. I use it on every phone I have had since it became a way to wake your phone...a long time. But with S20 FE there's something wrong here. Nearly every time I take the phone out of my pocket the screen is already on and multiple taps have been registered. The pocket mode setting does not help. Anyone else having this particular problem? :(

Is "Lift to wake" also turned on? That has been my problem in the past when I have had that problem. When I turn it off (in gestures) I usually do not have problems even with double tap to wake on .

Nope, it's not on. I tried using it for a day or so and it did "fix" the issue with the phone turning on in my pocket...but I do not like "lift to wake" as it does not work like I want the phone to work...so I have gone back to double tap to wake. I did notice this morning that when I took a quick look at the phone in my pocket that it was on and false taps were all over the place that after clearing the taps and letting the screen turn off on its own that it did NOT turn on again while in my pocket??? Maybe Accidental Touch setting is just not turning on right away when I slide the phone into my pocket??
Another test I tried is to take a cloth and lay it over the top 80% of my screen so that it registers as dark and then do a double tap of the screen...it turns on when it shouldn't so this particular setting is NOT working properly.
