I am surprised that Polaris Office is not on the Nexus 7, since its made by ASUS.

Polaris Office uses android's native ability to print to local printers, where the other office apps out there have no print, or maybe a 'cloud print' function.

It would be quite nice if ASUS/Google made Polaris Office available on the Nexus 7!

The whole purpose of Nexus brand is to not have bloatware...
Also, Polaris Office is not made by Asus. It cost them extra money to have that in Neuxus 7 It would have made more sense if they included Quick office in Nexus since Google own it now.

Not to mention the fact Google now owns QuickOffice, so hopefully we'll start to see that preinstalled on Google branded devices. I don't really think of Polaris (or QuickOffice) as bloatware however. It comes free on some devices and it's not a crippled or limited version. It's more of a productivity tool.
